SIPME WebCallback is suitable for travellers, or for customers in countries where local telecom providers charge extremely high costs for making outgoing calls. With Web callback, all you need is to access our website, using basic Internet connections.

Once on our website, enter in your unique PIN code, your local number and the number you wish to call. Our Web Callback system will then call back your number, call your destination number and connect the two calls together.

General procedures for a web callback are:   The customer accesses the website and enters the access PIN, the customer’s phone number (originating number) the number the customer wants to call (destination number)   The customer then clicks on the “Call” button   Our system will first check if the PIN has enough credit to make the call. After authorisation, the system will call the 'originating number'.   After the originating party has answered, the system rings the 'destination number' specified by the customer, and connects both calls together.
